The beds were fine, the water was fine, the locations was great. The shower was leaky and falling apart but still worked. For some reason the phone rang at 1:30am and it wasn't quiet. It was less pleasant bc of that. Otherwise it's a normal motel.
The rooms were what we went for. A place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta. The person that was preparing the food did wonderful. Always catering to everyone’s needs. What really spoke wonders to me about this place though was their truth and honesty. My daughter left behind her iPad. A very expensive item. When we called, they said yes they had it and returned it to a friend of ours. We are truly grateful for the honesty and integrity of both the housekeeping and employees. Thank you’
Great location and good for the price. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. It would have been a deciding factor for us not to go back again. Breakfast lady was very friendly and efficient. Love her Pumpkin spiced Waffles. Unfortunately the coffee offered by the breakfast as well as the one in the room were really poor quality.
Everything was great at this hotel. My room was pristine clean and the AC was cold. Isabelle was exceptional at checkin. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL — Kat managed that area with like a total pro. They make your waffles for you! The food was hot and the milk was cold! Fruit and yogurt and cream cheese. Hot coffee. I WILL return! Thank you from Room 306 in May 29-30, 2025
Super close to the airport! Staff was absolutely amazing and super accommodating! Flight was delayed and had to have a late checkin. They needed the checkin to be done before 3am but flight was only lading at around 2:45am. They ended up checking me in over the phone and had me sign my papers when I got there. The rooms were a missing a few attention to details but truly a good hotel!
Great location, safe, and a short drive to old town. This hotel could use an upgrade but it is clean and beds are comfortable. Room staff was helpful.
The room clean, bathroom a bit cramped but Ok. The cover for the fire alarm is off. Cold air, cold fridge and lots of space! Big sturdy draws for your stuff and very quiet area. BUT the beds and pillows are small and not queen size. The coffee maker is the little cups and not that little thing with the odd shape coffee plate. This place is very nice for the price. Didn't try the breakfast, hopefully thats not a deal breaker. I would recommend this place, definitely.
Very happy with this stay here. The staff are courteous and helpful, they don't intrude on guests like other hotels in the area, but still keep things secure. Good balance to keep the property safe without harassing paying guests. I'm really impressed. Front desk people are awesome as well.
